Hello, I’m Merri Andrew, a poet and speculative fiction writer.

My first book, Holds Up When Shattered, is out now from Kith Books.

My work has also been published in Strange Horizons, Luna Station Quarterly, Corporeal, Five on the Fifth, Cordite and Baby Teeth, among other places.

You can find some of my poems here and my stories here.

I live with my family on Ngunnawal and Ngambri Country in Canberra, Australia. We are settlers on this country, which is snow gum country. It’s surrounded by mountains. It’s beautiful.

As well as parenting and writing, I work as a health promotion officer in a women’s health organisation. I am grateful for the people and communities I am connected to.
